A Great Place to Stay...

Location, original architecture. Most of the staff.
Negatives:
The night we arrived the staff was very nice. When we check out on March 31st the next day different staff was there and she was not nice. Her attitude was very dry and when I asked her to please send me an email of my invoice she said she did twice and was not true, she didn’t want to print it either. I wanted to see my charges there from the hotel not only from booking and she was borderline with rude.
