Other than too far away...
Positives:
The view of the room that I have chosen was perfect, overlooking the WTCs, 9/11 Memorial. The location was excellent, all are walking distance like the WTCs, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, FDNY, Wall Street, boat to Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island.
