We only were at this place for a few hours, we spent most of our time outside the hotel, but for the 5 hours we slept, it was great. We also liked the breakfast that was included.

Great location and staff. Breakfast was good but very hectic because of the large amount of guests and the somewhat tight quarters of the buffet and dining area. The breakfast staff did a nice job herding all us tourists to tables, etc. Would recommend it to first-time tourists to the city because of the great location and that breakfast is included so that you have more time to see all the wonderful sights of NYC.
Negatives:
The tight quarters of the breakfast buffet and dining area were challenging for some people in my group. Those who need a more relaxed breakfast could take the food up to their room, although the rooms are very small but this is New York!

I came here from Hilton, be honest it’s much better here. Free drinks in the lobby, bkf, staff are very nice. The kitchen is in the room.
