- central location, noisy but you cant hear it from the room
- there are 2 locations in one, TownePlace and upper floors is SpringHill, offers different views
- excellent staff at reception! Shout out to Mama John at the breakfast, breakfast area has amazing hard working people , very nice!
- room had a small small kitchen that was very helpful, rooms overall are small but we got an accesibility room to support us with the baby and the stroller

Perfect location, beautiful rooms, overall I’d highly recommend it. Breakfast was busy but very well organised. Even at peak times, the wait was not too long. You do have to wait for the lifts, but there are stairs and we don’t mind some exercise to use them :)

Room was not cleaned every day, but it was not a big problem for us as we were hardly in the rooms.

Location was absolutely perfect, close to heaps of attractions, subway stations, restaurants/food, shops etc. The fact that a good breakfast was included. Friendly staff, free reliable internet, bag storage after checking-out, organising of hotel shuttle, the gym, lay-out of rooms, pantry/fridge/big tv in room, safety cupboard in room, etc
Negatives:
NOTHING! My friend and I could not understand some reviewers complaints about the quality of the breakfast (plenty of choice), small rooms - not huge but perfectly use of every m2, bathroom/toilet door ( come on, this worried me but absolutely nothing to worry about door does close shut!), waiting for elevator, sure at busy times there could be a wait but it’s just like ”rush hour” can’t be avoided at certain times of the day….plan accordingly.

Excellent location for where we needed to be. Rooms were small, but typical for NYC, very clean and efficient -- had a surprisingly full kitchen, including a dishwasher! Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Elevators! One wasn't working and the other three were always full; sometimes had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an elevator
Breakfast had lots of options, which was nice but it was crowded and lines to get a seat if didn't want to take food back to room
