Overall a great stay.
Positives:
Free breakfast at hotel is a huge plus. It’s not crowded if you wake up early when the service starts. Selection is limited but good enough to get your day going. Location of hotel is pretty decent, near restaurants and touristy places, with 1 2 3 train lines less than 5 min walk away. Like that there is a 24/7 gym, it’s small but serves its purpose. The lift situation is indeed a nightmare during peak hours, but I asked for a room at the lower level and was given a room at L3 so that I could take the stairs most of the time.
Negatives:
Not a dealbreaker but my room didn’t have a safe and dishwasher, as indicated on the website. The size of the room is small and the photos can be quite misleading.

"The kitchen was very convenient, and the bed was comfortable. The room was always kept clean, although I found it to be a bit on the small side. Overall, the studio was well-maintained. All the receptionists were kind and ready to assist whenever I needed help. The maintenance person who came to fix an issue in our room was also very friendly. In general, all the staff greeted us with a smile."

The breakfast felt cheap. The hot foods, especially the eggs, tasted mass-produced. I would recommend switching to real eggs and adding another hot dish or two.
One of the rooms that my family stayed in lost AC and it took a long time (24 hours?) to get it addressed.

Convenient location in a middle of Manhattan. It’s 10 minutes away by foot from Empire State Building. Subway/metro is very close as well. Room is small but it’s normal for NYC. Breakfast is well organised by the staff, waiting time up to 5-10 minutes.
Negatives:
A/C is very loud, for sensitive sleepers might be too loud. Bathroom has sliding doors with a large gap, wasnt very private :D Breakfast menu could include sliced ham, cheese and more fresh vegetables.
