Positives:
It was clean and modern and the location worked great.
Negatives:
The photos are very misleading. Everything is much much smaller than the photos show. The room was not big enough for 2 people with carry on suitcases and backpacks. we had to do a lot of rearranging to make space for our bags and ended up climbing over suitcases to get around the room for the entire stay. bathroom was also quite tiny. We live in New York and just needed a short stay while our apartment was unavailable so we weren’t leaving the hotel much and the size was incredibly inconvenient
The common space photos were also misleading. I booked this primarily because of the supposed business center/work space shown in the first photo. which my husband really needed for the week. What isn’t shown in the photos is that it’s just a very small nook directly facing, and next to the hotel front desk and elevators and on the way to the breakfast room in the hallway sized space that’s the lobby. So no chance of any kind of quiet for work. My husband was forced to use the lower portion of the breakfast room for work because there was no other common area of any kind in the hotel and the 2nd level breakfast space was locked off as soon as breakfast ended.
It also often took a really long time to get the elevator and we were on the 24th Flr so no other option.
staff was nice sometimes and inattentive others depending on the day and staff member.
All in all would not have booked if the photos showed actual room size and lack of workspace or proper common area.

Positives:
The breakfast was really good. Great options available for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The french toast was a particular high point. Love that they have takeaway boxes in case you can’t stay for a sit down breakfast. Location was close to Times Square and Maddison Square Gardens. I ended up walking a lot. Would definitely go back
Negatives:
The trains stations aren’t very luggage friendly so getting from there to the hotel was a chore. The air conditioning in the room was way too cold. The TV wouldn’t let me cast from my phone so i had to sign in to the netflix which i don’t like doing as it’s not very safe. The view from my window wasn’t the best tbh
