Positives:
Excellent location, minutes away from Times Square and restaurants. Easy walk to many mid town attractions and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff - when we had a minor repair issue in the room it was promptly dealt with. Limited range of items but fresh and convenient breakfast available.

When we arrived, they did not have our booking.com reservation, and they did not make responsibles theirselves of what happened. We spent the whole night on the street, cold weather, and I got really sick after all. It was one of the worst experiences in my life. When we called booking.com they wouldn't give us a solution. We had to pay a new room in an hotel nearby, at 9am, when the check out was at 1 pm. We wasted our day in New york and our money, and booking.com did not do anything to fix it. We have not used booking.com again since then.
