2. Long Wait at checkin with no area to store bags that was monitored. People yelling
3. Upgraded but dirty towels in room etc
4. Went to breakfast cake back and door key disabled - said they do it around checkout time / they did it to us at 10am!

I waited 35 minutes in line to check in. I asked for more coffee in my room (twice) but it never came. The lobby is awful

Master bed was large and comfortable.
Negatives:
Dark cellar like room with view of a wall. Dirty cotton buds under the bed on arrival and a tube of someone else’s medication and medical paraphernalia found in the desk drawer.
