Negatives: The air conditioners in the rooms did not work and it stayed a consistent 80+ degrees in our room making it very hot and uncomfortable. Especially after walking through New York all day. We reported this several times emailed and called management and no one ever got back to us.

Positives: The Family room was clean and spacious for a party of 6. Everything that we needed was supplied in the room. I was able to locate the safe, fridge and ironing board without difficulty.

Negatives: There were two items that the hotel could improve on for the next guest. First, the mattress for the sofa sleeper was not firm enough. My relative could feel the springs from the frame. Second, item that I did not like involved housekeeping not leaving any face cloths in the bathrooms. The room was cleaned to my satisfaction.
