Positives:
The Family room was clean and spacious for a party of 6. Everything that we needed was supplied in the room. I was able to locate the safe, fridge and ironing board without difficulty.
Negatives:
There were two items that the hotel could improve on for the next guest. First, the mattress for the sofa sleeper was not firm enough. My relative could feel the springs from the frame. Second, item that I did not like involved housekeeping not leaving any face cloths in the bathrooms. The room was cleaned to my satisfaction.

Felt safe next to NYPD precinct. The suite with 2 bathrooms and sleeping for 8 was amazing!
Negatives:
I called from the airport to see if I could get early check in.. the lady I talked to confirmed I could check in at 1:00.. we get there and the guy at the front desk looked at me like I was an idiot and there was no chance of early check in. Just kept staring at me and asking who I talked to. No apology.
A maid took our shopping bag which she called trash.. it was full of clothes.. when asked about it she ironically was able to get the clean bag out of the trash. She yelled at us for leaving a shopping bag on the floor. No apology.

The breakfast was a complete buffet for a good price, housekeepers and front desk always very helpful and kind! I just love this place, just a few blocks from Times Square, Empire State Building, The vessel and more, our room was a very spacious room and they also have a room to leave your suitcases for free.
Negatives:
Did not include microwave in room, you need to pay $10 for it.
