I asked for a double queen bed room and they gave us a family room which had a bunk bed in addition to the double beds so that was nice.
Negatives:
Whoever decorated and placed the furniture was not a professional. The bunk bed and the desk were placed too close together and did not have a 3 ft separation. So, we ran into the edge of the metal bunk bed multiple times and it was painful. The decoration is shabby.

Location for the concert we attended was perfect. Staff was helpful especially the gentleman working in the dining area!
Negatives:
Out air conditioner was not working and following a call no one came to check/repair it. We were able to crack a window so it wasn't awful in the room.
