We loved everything about The Franklin. The staff were warm and kind, the decor was contemporary in a charming brownstone, the location couldn’t be better with multiple restaurants and cafes within half a block, and the Met and Central Park a few blocks away.
Negatives:
Yes, the rooms are small - but the small quarters were more than made up for by the incredibly comfortable beds, the thoughtful interior design, and the complete quiet.
