Positives:
Great location next to train/metro station/Times square. Competent staff and most of them very kind. Very tasty breakfast. Room was clean, well arranged and maintained, and bed was comfortable. We opted for a room with a city view. The view was decent, nothing to write home about, but added to the overall effect.
Negatives:
Location wise, the presence on the street around the hotel of people with behaviour that can be disturbing. Maybe something that one would also experience elsewhere in NYC.
