Everything was good and we were very please with our visit in New York. It says that breakfast is included, which it is, but it is NOT european continental standard. You need to order one of the selections from the menu. So if you are hungry person that might be too little. Standard room were a bit small.

The location was amazing, steps from the times square, beds were comfortable, room service staff were great in doing their job.
Negatives:
The bathroom sliding door has no handle while the door is very heavy wooden door, which made it very difficult for each one of my family to shut the door behind when using the bathroom.
Lighting was not sufficient in the room and we felt darkness most of the time.

Excellent location. The room we had was large for MYC, comfy beds and pillows. Grace at the front desk was so helpful and friendly.. Ignatius the bartender was so friendly, and kind, he was constantly interrupted by guests asking fir a glass of ice and he always smiled while helping them.
Negatives:
The concierge wasn't well informed about a number of NYC activities. Their focus seemed to be on airport transportation. They were however very friendly.

This hotel was perfectly located for exploring the city. It’s near a subway and walking distance from many prime locations. It was clean and comfortable and the offered drinking water in reusable bottles that you could fill up in the lobby.
