Positives:
The staff at the hotel were amazing, from the minute we arrived, they were so helpful to us. We have complications with our type1 diabetic child and they went out of their way to look out for us.
The hotel is also really lovely, great location and very comfortable.
Great breakfast included in price too.

The location is right next to a warehouse for all the food trucks, so expect a lot of noise throughout the night. The room was okay, but the bed was terrible. My first room was on a lower floor, and the light from the front building made it difficult to sleep, along with the constant noise from the trucks on the street.
Negatives:
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The location next to the warehouse where they keep the food trucks at night meant a lot of street noise. The elevator situation was frustrating, with only two elevators, one of which was out of order, leading to long wait times.
I tried to leave after the first night, but they didn't allow it since my stay was prepaid. Despite explaining my concerns and requesting a quieter room on an upper floor with less light intrusion, I was initially told there were no available rooms. It wasn't until I mentioned leaving a negative review that they suddenly "found" a room for me. This response suggests that the hotel doesn't care about guest satisfaction unless you threaten to post a negative review online.

During our stay at the hotel with 26 floors, we encountered a frustrating situation with the elevators. Unfortunately, one of them was out of service, causing lengthy wait times. My family and I were located on the 25th floor, leading to a tedious 10-15 minute wait for the elevator to arrive.
Adding to our disappointment, the housekeeping staff we encountered were lacking in friendliness and politeness, which was quite disappointing.
