A dirty hotel with very cramped rooms . I found a bedbug in the bed the breakfast is limited and not varied

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to Penn Station (less than 10 mins walk). The hotel provides free popcorn and water in the lobby. The rooms are not that big but it's New York after all.
The room is clean and also provides free coffee and water. There's also a free voucher from the hotel to redeem a welcome drink from the hotel bar!

We are disappointed with the hotel. We have stayed at Voco in other countries but this experience has let us down overall.
Negatives:
Rooms, hygiene, lift (We had to wait for 20 mins for a lift), the breakfast was included but it was not worth as we could only order a plain coffee and a small plate to eat rest all was extra pay.
