It wasn’t well maintained. For example, The bathroom lock isn't working and the housekeeping guy said it's irreparable. When we asked for a change in the room, they said all rooms in the hotel are like that (weirdest answer ever!)

Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Lobby looks good for the space. Service was friendly and compliant. Location is accessible and near many points of interest in the city.
Negatives:
One bathroom had a very small sink compared to the other bedroom’s bathroom (we booked 2). Pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress was satisfactory.
Should update rooms to accommodate usb-c.

Only good point is its location near Times Square and that’s all!
Negatives:
The receptionist at the front desk was ignorant of the Hotel Policies, knew little to build the confidence of the guest. The room was on the 23rd floor and was too small to accommodate two queen beds with a poor outside view of the backyard. The refrigerator was only placed on request and the coffee maker was provided instead of the kettle that couldn't be used. We had purposefully paid with 'breakfast included' but was told that only a limited choice of 'a la carte' menu was presented on a given voucher. The coffee/tea is served much prior to the given menu breakfast. There was no microwave provided in the room nor available in the Hotel to warm any milk/ water etc. There is no cupboard/ Almirah/ wardrobe in the room. The bed mattresses were so soft that it made the body tired instead of relaxing in a suitable posture. Another interesting feature observed was the tip on demand by the waiters with verbal requests on a daily basis putting the guests in embarrassment.
The only good point is the location of the Hotel that is near Times Square. Overall impression is negative and not recommended for the family stay. Booking.com must re-evaluate.

Staff was very helpful, Jazmin at reception especially nice, the bar staff people are lovely, and house engineer came quickly to answer questions

Curtains broke easily; the bed was very uncomfortable; the placement of light switches very difficult to find ( had to call engineer to locate them); early morning neighborhood noise very unpleasant; the elevators are dirty and worn.
