Property was great. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was very good size. We had the fantastic suite.
Negatives:
I thought the room was great but the wooden drawers and around to was a little scuffed and could be cleaned up. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved and skirtings could be cleaned. Rust on washing hand basin bottom rack didn’t look very nice and could be cleaned up easily. Windows in the room were dirty which didn’t look nice when looking at Times Square but not a deal breaker to be honest. I also noticed that the furniture in the bar of the hotel was stained. These are all easy and quick fixes and wouldn’t stop me going back.

I have stayed in many W hotels before and I was surprised by how drab dark and tired the property was. The room didn’t feel clean, there were tired frayed cushions, only one table light and very few toiletries for 4 people in a room.
I booked a spectacular room with a skyline view and the room was certainly not spectacular, it was grey and dirty and the view we had was of a building site and another build directly in front us so no skyline. overall very disappointing
