Everything was super comfortable. View of park was a little limited but closeness to other room was more important. The room was spacious. The shower was great. I did let water run so it would warm up.
Negatives:
The light fixture controls were a little difficult to reach. The charging plugs were great, but I didn't see them at first, no power indicator lights.

Absolute scam and deceived advert.
The photos attached to Spectacular room was not the room I was allocated to. I was rather given the Wonderful room as shown on the pictures here on B com.
When reached out to the hotel asking I should be given a Spectacular room as shown and booked on B com, I was told there is a mistake in photos on B com and I’m on a correct room.
B com says, it’s a mistake on hotel.
Between the confusion of the hotel and B com, I ended up booking Spectacular room, hoping I’d have a nicer room but got a lower quality room “Wonderful”.
B com doesn’t help despite submitting clear proof photos and videos rather says contact the property. Property abruptly declined to help and dismissed the request saying it is correct from our side and mistake is on b com.
I feel absolutely scammed that despite being a loyal customer with B com for over 7 years, B com had no sense of humanity or customer service to actually help the customer. I’m a Genius 2 member and this is my very first complaint in these years. And yet B com just refused to help. I don’t expect much help from the hotel since the staff had no time to even listen to complaint while I was there but I hoped for a better response from B com.

Positives:
Great location, close to subway station and restaurants in the area. The size of the room was large for NYC standards and great city view from our room.
Negatives:
Sad that the rooftop bar was not open yet. The rooms were neat and cleanish there was dust and dirt buildup on window sills and room base boards. Some of the furniture was chipped and worn even though they advertised renovated rooms.
