Comfy bed, nice big window.
Negatives:
The reception is in the basement, so you need to carry you suitcases down to check in. There is a lift, but that is also only accessible through a couple of stairs. The walls are very thin, we had very noisy neighbors and a dog next door that barked all through the night - definitely bring earplugs.
Rooms are really small, so be sure to manage your expectations. Only one elevator worked for most of our stay, which was always a pain, because it took forever to get on the elevator. One time we decided to use the stairs to get down and we ended up in the kitchen, the hallway was so blocked by stuff you could not find the exit.

The location was quite convenient for us. Moreover, it was safe. The staff were very helpful and friendly in every matter. The cleanliness of the room was commendable. We left very satisfied, thank you very much again.
Negatives:
The only issue is that the room is a bit too small. Two people can have difficulty moving around inside. But other than that, there were no problems.

Great location. The lobby, restaurant and rooms are well designed. The staff was very helpful
Negatives:
The room is small, but laid out cleverly; I really liked the efficient layout with the elevated bed right on the window! However, unfortunately the room showed some substantial wear and tear (door frame, closet and under-bed cabinetry). Of all the lights in the room, only the vestibule light and wall sconces were working; the window blinds needed forever to pull up. I asked the staff at reception to have someone check it out. They sent a super later that day, but he could only fix the blind. I really love the place (it was my second stay there), but now the signs of wear and tear in the rooms become more obvious. Definitely needs some TLC!

Tiny room for the money. heaps of cleaning stuff in the tiny hallways to navigate. not the room cleaners issue, the halls are just super narrow. Lighting in the room is not adequate. The elevator is very dark couldn't even read the floor numbers
