Between Sunday, Aug 4th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Aug 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Aug 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Aug 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooftop is terrific and was especially nice on a perfect night. The location is on the border of Tribeca, Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO, and Canal street. There are lots of gift stores, convenience stores (7-11), bodegas (Tribeca Bagels), cheap pizza, vegetarian (Lillys Pantry, Spring Cafe), bars (check out Toad Hall on Grand), Several subway stations very nearby.

Negatives: The single rooms are small but very functional, it might be challenging for larger people.
