I think the location was great. The décor and room size was also a plus for me. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
There were no areas to warm up any food that you may have had, nor was there a refrigerator to keep things cold. Also there were no vending machines to buy beverages once the store closed.

I enjoyed my stay but...
Positives:
The cleanliness of the hotel is satisfactory, and its location is quite convenient.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the customer service provided by the staff was deeply disappointing. I requested extra towels and slippers from housekeeping, which resulted in an unreasonably long wait of about an hour. When the items were finally delivered, the quantity was incorrect. Upon following up, I faced a frustrating lack of accountability, with different departments offering conflicting excuses. Even more distressing, on my second request, the staff simply did not show up at all throughout the night. Overall, the staff appeared unhelpful and lacked the motivation to resolve issues. Their poor service significantly detracted from the quality of my stay, making it one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
