Positives: We had a room with a view. Comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was simple but a decent start of the day. Location is great. You can visit Staten Island, Brooklyn Bridge, Little Italy or Chinatown by foot. For the rest of NY you have to take the subway. Station is around the corner. The restaurant and pur downstairs have good food and drinks.
Negatives: We had a room on the upper floor. We expected to be higher than 14 of 24.

Positives: Hotel and Room was amazing
Negatives: Manager was really rude, she was behaving so arrogant & talking so rudely especially with Asians. Behaving so good with locals as ‘honey honey’. For a second, after seeing her arrogance, i thought did you own the hotel and even half of Manhattan. I mean we’re tourist here. We give respect & deserve respect. We have hundreds of servants like her in my home country who are earning more than here from our company. She must should learn how to respect others & how to be accommodating and cooperative: I would personally suggest to owner & higher management to take some action by checking a just single day camera recording of reception. Hotel and receptionist were super amazing but little helpless before that weird manager
