Positives:
Location is very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Downstairs lobby area has a nice warm atmosphere.
Negatives:
Very expensive for what it is. Floor was not that clean. Hot water didn’t work (although staff were quick to help fix it) when I arrived and bath was full of hairs. Room looked onto a dirty ledge which was not very pleasant - didn’t expect a particularly nice view but could definitely do with cleaning up!

Dog barking in room across the hall. Staff wasn’t very personable/friendly (second stay this year). No free upgrade as advertised on Booking.
