Great Times Square location.
Positives:
Great room view; I had called property 2x before going & they didn’t disappoint us! I requested room to be half way up so we could see Square great but not too low for noise. Put us on 20th floor was ideal! Friendly staff & having convenience of the coffee cafe with breakfast sandwiches was awesome:)

Only complaint is that we did not have any seating other than the desk chair in the room. There was plenty of room for a chair, loveseat, or even couch that would have been nice and made room more comfortable, and functional. But still, loved the hotel!
