Positives:
Staff was extremely helpful with an issue we had with parking upon arrival. Room service was very polite and helpful when we requested additional towels. They also changed our room upon arrival to a lower floor since one of my family members suffers from a fear of elevators. Instead of being on the 30th floor, the generously moved us to the 6th which was a lot easier going up and down stairs. Location is fantastic and within short walking distance of the Trade Center and subway.

I enjoyed being able to store my bags. I liked checking in 1-hr early, 3:00pm. I enjoyed the Hilton honors with snacks and water. I enjoyed the welcome on TV. Housekeeping was well done! I liked that management opened up 3rd elevator after they realized people were complaining!!

The bed! We had two beds and one was really bad. It felt as though I was sleeping on a water bed. My back was hurting after first night. The air conditioner was very loud and eventually would blow out warm air. Elevator was extremely slow.

The facilities are low quality and the elevators are horrendous. They have two, slow elevators for 40 floors and at various points one of them was down. It was about a 20 minute for most rides, and when checking out on Sunday with our bags we waited for 45 minutes. Staff response is essentially “it is what it is, nothing we can do”

Location - using subway near the hotel can go to most of the major spots in NYC.
Negatives:
Had to wait a long time for elevators. Sometimes only two of the three elevators were working. The long lines and wait times need to be improved.
