Excellent location, close to the subway and Central Park. Good and abundant breakfast. Comfortable rooms with good AC and strong hot shower.

Dated facilities that could use an upgrade. Only one elevator (which is not enough for the number of guests). Stained carpets. Very dirty windows that block the light and the view altogether.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, well-appointed, and provided all the amenities we needed.
One of the standout features of LaQuinta Inn Central Park West is its fantastic location. Being so close to Times Square, we found it incredibly convenient to explore the vibrant heart of New York City. The proximity to important landmarks and attractions, such as Central Park, the Trump International Hotel, and iconic buildings, made our sightseeing adventures easy and enjoyable.
The hotel's location allowed us to immerse ourselves in the city's energy, with countless dining, shopping, and entertainment options just a short walk away. Additionally, the tranquility of Central Park offered a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring the city.
I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service, convenient location, and overall experience we had at LaQuinta Inn Central Park West. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will highly recommend your hotel to friends and family.

The cleaning part is not so great. Black plastic trash bags stored in front of the hotel with bugs flying around which bring a bad smell around. The carpet floor is too old and dirty .

The room was really tiny which almost no space to walk between the bed and the wall. You cannot even open your luggage unless you place it on top of the bed. The elevator also takes a long time to reach the floors.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential tree lined street, near the museums and right overlooking the Central Park. The hotel and location has a European vibe. Quiet area. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
The room is cozy and clean, with a good selection of toiletries, providing Dove skincare and hair care. Breakfast was served late into morning and well prepared. Overall experience is pleasant and comfortable.
