Positives:
Only liked that exists a bed, and I could sleep.
Negatives:
It has pictures of several bars, and a rooftop. All of them were closed (close early, open late, so we could never catch them open). Its too overpriced for so simple instalations. The pictures are only of superior rooms. We had a shower inside our room, not inside the bathroom, like a cheap motel. Too overpriced for that. And its not in Soho, its located in Chinatown (very bad neighborhood).

Positives:
Excellent location, great vibe and staff is wonderful. also very handy they give a USD30/day bonus to use as you like, so we used for breakfast - which is excellent. The bed is extremely comfortable - and shower is great.
Bowery is also great, full of bars and steps away from Little Italy and ChinaTown.
Highly recommend.
Negatives:
Because its a “party like” hotel, guests can be very noisy - so we had people in our floor doing karaoke by 00h (but staff promptly came and they stopped), and people coming and going until early mornings. The noise insulation in the rooms are not great - you can hear all doors and voices in the corridors, which is not great if you’re a light sleeper.

The rooms were tiny with only 2 coat hangers for clothes. The decor was ugly. We did not like the destination obligatory fee that was added to bill everyday
