The location was great. The stuff was very nice and friendly.
We had a family room with a very comfortable king bed. We arrived earlier and our room was already prepared, which was great. We could store our luggage for free after checking out, and we liked that a lot!
Negatives:
The sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable. We were also missing linen for it at the beginning.
The AC machine was super loud, so it was impossible to sleep with AC on. When we switched it off, it turned out that the fridge was even worse. So the nights were not as comfortable as they could be.
We also didn't like that there were absolutely no vegetables on the breakfast.

Our stay was great; the location was great, good restaurants and stores around. Close to attractions and bus/subway stops. The breakfast was great, many options, great coffee. Room was comfortable, loved the kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful.
