Negatives: The rooms did not appear as advertised in the pictures. They were much smaller than the pictures suggest, and the rooms were very tired and in need of renovation. Our bathroom was also dirty, with several hairs. Cleaners were sent in after around 12 hours to clean again.

Negatives: There wasn't anywhere to hang towels in tha bathroom. It never seemed like all the pump dispensors in the shower worked together; one day it was onl;y shampoo working but no conditioner or shower gel working, and the next day it was another combination.

Negatives: The room wasn’t that clean and the sink was so blocked we had to call someone out and the did unblock it but left all the gunge, dirt and old hair in the toilet floating. We also didn’t have our room cleaned on our second day. We didn’t have enough towels either.

Negatives: The room was not as was advertised on booking.com. Bathroom was old and wardrobe old. Staff were not friendly.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: We booked a deluxe king, and the first room we were shown was very spacious and bright, but there was very loud vents outside so we requested to be moved to a quieter room. The room we were moved to was much smaller and darker (but it was quieter). It really didn't feel of the same standard, though staff assured us it was a deluxe king also. After our room was serviced, we were only left with one bath towel, and despite 3 calls to front desk and 2 to housekeeping, we still could not get another towel so had to share! Considering what we were paying, this was very disappointing. No staff seemed to care about the inconvenience or be able to action us getting another towel, just the same reply of 'sorry, we'll get somone to fix that' but no fix! Finally, a t-shirt of mine disappeared from the room (I assume mistakenly taken by housekeeping with the sheets) but again, despite raising this twice with front desk and twice with housekeeping, no one had anything to say other than sorry. On check-out, when I queried it again, I was assured a manager would email me, but again, that hasn't happened yet. The t-shirt was not expensive but was of emotional value (a gift from a loved one), so again, I was really disappointed with the lack of care in response.

Negatives: Felt a little old in the room

Negatives: Air conditioning was hard to adjust and didn’t cool properly

Negatives: Nothing major, more just a few inconveniences. The bathroom wasn't small, but the shower was quite harrow so elbows hit the walls. A coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated. The mini bar was well stocked but excessively priced so it felt more like a waste of space in the room which could have been used for an armchair for somewhere to sit other than the bed.

Negatives: The original standard room is small

Negatives: Looks like the hotel facility needs a facelift. The corridor carpets should be renewed and some facelift in the room is needed. What I really didn't like, and I think it's becoming common, is the charge I had to pay for every Amazon package they received for me. Not cool
