Large room, great location, comfortable bed, nice lobby lounge
Negatives:
Loud construction and constant car honking outside the room, bites on my legs from mites that I found in the bed and bathroom in the room and when I told the front desk she shrugged it off. No offer for compensation. Too expensive for what it is.

Location, friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed, A/C not too loud and helped drown out the street noise. Great hotel bar (Scarpetta’s)
Would LOVE to buy an amenity bar “hutch” similar to what is in rooms.
Housekeeping personnel was very lovely and hospitable. Front desk team was very accommodating and responded timely to requests or maintenence requests.
Negatives:
- no coffee maker in room and ird coffee too expensive.
- very slow drain in sink. Remedied once FD was notified
- limited IRD menu items and times
- shower showing signs of neglected cleaning with mold in grout.
- could use nightstand on opposite side of beds.
