Positives:
One unflappable desk staff genuinely tried to serve. The towels, amazingly, were thick and soft.
Negatives:
There was NO breakfast, at all. Lukewarm coffee was it. Beds in 3 rooms provided the least support I have experienced in decades.

It was cheap. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The location is convenient to the highway without significant highway noise.

* Heater needed a reset * Ants in the bathroom * Bedspread had burn holes * Slight cigarette smell in hallway * No USB charge port * No breakfast despite listing (they did have coffee)

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and he top quality customer service skills.

Everything. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The hallways had dips and stains from where water damage wore out the flooring. Breakfast was not offered here even though when I booked online it said it was. Guests were arguing and fighting

Yes the room was not what I paid for. I paid for a king room. I got a double room. Also there were roaches crawling out of the sink in AC unit was not a pleasant experience at all couldnt even lay in the bed.

Room needs renovation. Outlet plates falling off, bathroom sink needs caulking. Etc. but the price meets the quality.

Hotels are smoke free however people smokes. I dont smoke and was fined $270 .The manager was just way too aggressive to and did not properly investigate where the smoking was coming from and assume it was my room.
