Cleanliness, very friendly staff, close to attractions its a 15 minute ride to the Falls and Aquarium, the complimentary breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea was phenomenal especially when arriving late or leaving early

Breakfast was a standout among all other factors. Although the facility has aged, the staff keeps the building clean in all the main areas. We did not see any soiled or threadbare carpeting. We did observe staff cleaning the entrance area diligently.
Negatives:
We were pleased with the overall condition of the hotel, and the breakfast was the best experience of our stay.
