Really close to Niagara Falls. Breakfast is kind of ok. The room is a classic Hyatt room, pretty much space and clean. It's really convenient for everything, including America and Canada.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls, booked through Booking.com, and I am deeply concerned about the room condition and staff assistance. The room was full of dog and cat fur, clearly uncleaned. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel manager for thorough cleaning, the staff was unresponsive and unprofessional. This negligence severely affected my mother, who is allergic to pet fur. We received no adequate support, causing significant distress. I am extremely unhappy and request a full refund for the negligence and inconvenience we faced. Please address this matter urgently.
