The receptionist was not friendly, the facility was dirty, the bed/mattress was uncomfortable and on top of that staff opened our door and tried to come in at 6 in the morning and the safety latch stopped them. But the noise woke us up anyway and made us feel unsafe

Proximity to the falls it was walking distance to everything. The man that checked us is was so nice he made sure to give us a room with a view ok the top floor. My boyfriend woke up thirsty in the middle of the night and he gave us two water bottles for free. A very kind man. They even validated parking.

Air conditioning didn’t stay on all night, were fan/white noise people so it’s not that big of a deal just a personal preference
