Pet rooms all smelt like stale pee and some of poop. Asked to change rooms and it did not help. Had an old coffee stain that still smelt like coffee and our sheets. We are not coffee drinkers

Staff was very nice. The lobby was very nice and clean. They welcomed my dog.
Negatives:
The room was dirty. Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke, hair and what appeared to be dried blood was in the bathtub, toothpaste splatter was on the wall and mirror in bathroom. Stagnant water in coffee maker in room. Cobwebs on the walls stains on duvet cover. I took photos and showed the front desk.
