The location was extremely convenient for the falls

It was hard to get service from the staff. Upon check-in, it took almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. A male staff member walked into my room before check out to try to clean up and we were still packing, it scared me I was in there alone, and my family member had just went to the ice machine. It made me extremely uncomfortable.

The location was great as it was right on Niagara Falls Blvd which gave us access to the local trolley to get to and from the Falls area. The indoor pool was great for kids breakfast was free and decent start to each day.
