Positives: Check in was very easy and the front desk attendant was amazing. Grounds were clean!

Negatives: I was double charged for my room. I had spoken to the manager who stated they issued a refund. When i called back a few times to check on the when i would receive it the employee working that day during the morning could not of been more rude. Spoke to me with such disregard and continued to be rude during the whole conversation. I then tried to call back. I was put on hold and no one returned. I never received the refund.
