My stay was very unpleasant
Positives:
Nothing, considering the brand and the parent company, this was appalling.
Negatives:
They could’ve done everything better to start off with the place needs a paint job on the inside complete overall on the inside the room smell like wet dog they didn’t make any effort to make anything better upon complaining. The only good thing about the place was the bed was relatively comfortable, the staff did not care when I about anything that was trash laying all over the place even though the front desk clerk said it all night long and all day long.

It smells so bad like humidity. There was no smoke detector and the paint on the walls was peeling off. The stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Fort Drum and that hotel was good, so I thought it would be the same.

Only one bedside table. Chair too big. And why, oh why, do rooms need huge desks. No one uses a desk. Everything is on computers. Plus the desk chair takes up too much room.
