The rooms were clean, but the rooms need an overhaul. The bed comforters were stained, the bathtub had cigarette stains (left over from ‘smoking days’) Sheets & towels were clean. The bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning, the HVAC needs work, the motor / fan keeps running.

There is no way you can sleep. The first time in my life I heard everything from the upper floor. The doors , the steps. Never in life been in a situation like this

The room appeared to be uncleaned (e.g. used towel behind bathroom door), the tiny fridge wasn't working properly but made a lot of noise, complementary breakfast was a joke and the tiny room seated a maximum of 10 people , so very soon guests had to wait to get the little breakfast there was and then stand. Reception desk was not always staffed either. All in all, a huge disappointment!
