As we were preparing to leave for this trip, received call saying they could not honor reservations. They also said they were working with sister properties to accommodate us, prepaid for reservations. Never heard back from them.

1. I reserved a King studio but when we got to our room, we found we were given a Queen with no explanation. When I went to the desk to inquire, I was told I had reserved the Queen. When I showed my confirmation stating the King room, I was then told they had no record of it and no more King rooms available.
2. Bed was quite uncomfortable.
3. Bathroom was not 100% clean.
4. It seemed like furniture was missing from the room. No desk or nightstand.

The advertise there was a open Breakfast grab and go there was not the towel rack the hair dryer and the kitchen nook was all falling apart not up to date the people that were staying there were not friendly and safe not a place to go with young children.. there is no quiet time noises all throughout the night. I as a grown adult was not feeling safe
