I have reserved a room with 2 queen beds and 1 room with 1 king bed with sofa bed.
We weren’t informed until we opened our room to find there was no queen beds room available.
Our family of 5 had a very difficult time with sleeping through the night.
The room had poor sound insulation, we heard next room and also air conditioning going on and off through the night.
The price of one night was veryyyyyyyy expensive for the quality we received. Overall, it was a terrible experience, but definitely not for the price we paid for
