Between Tuesday, Sep 24th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Sep 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Sep 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Housekeeping never check if you need anything. Nothing was till the day I left. There is permanent ventilation sound coming from the bathroom.

Positives: Willing to accommodate if any issues arise. Deposit was also reversed less than 24 hours, in which was early morning if the next day after check out,which was good. Most hotels hold the deposit up to 3 days which is crazy.
