Negatives: Housekeeping never check if you need anything. Nothing was till the day I left. There is permanent ventilation sound coming from the bathroom.

Positives: Willing to accommodate if any issues arise. Deposit was also reversed less than 24 hours, in which was early morning if the next day after check out,which was good. Most hotels hold the deposit up to 3 days which is crazy.
