Negatives: They want to much money up front they wanted to take 200$ out for a deposit

Negatives: Linen stain, comforters ripped room had foul smell presence on and around property

Negatives: The nozzle to turn the water on. was broken and fell into my hands when I tried to turn the water on to take a shower. I did put the nozzle back in place so that I could take my shower. The most disappointing aspect that would make me question returning is the interaction between the person on duty and my Godson. It was a little past 11:0o on Saturday, and he knocked on the door to let us know. Perhaps he did not know I was in the room when my Godson answered the door. Nevertheless, in an unpleasant tone, he told my Godson to hurry up. This was rude and disrespectful. I came in the hallway to ask him why he would be so rude even though my Godson was 19. I informed the hotel worker, who was also working the front desk, that we had been patronizing your Days Inn every month for the last few months when we visited our son. We were a few minutes late because a family member in the room next to ours had been sick and was moving slowly. I assured him we would be out in 5 minutes. His tone changed, and he was somewhat apologetic and said he didn't know. I replied that you would have known if you had only asked. This is step one is good customer service. In conclusion, I am unsure if I would return because of this interaction. This was an unfortunate incident, but I think this young man thought that he could talk to people in any way. As I said, we come to Indiana, PA, one weekend each month to visit my son. I have never seen this particular person before during my stay but...his service left a bad taste .

Negatives: Breakfast was horrible The bed creaks and it’s a big giant box that makes an annoying sound when you move The room is decent but could be cleaner

Negatives: Followed around by the staff. Approaching the building by all the workers were outside smoking joints and drinking beer before returning to work. There was no information on the site saying it was an extra $100 on top of room pay. There was exposed wires near the elevator and the breakfast included ONLY cereal and fruit. The hotel also advertised a pool which there was not one and I woke up in the middle of the night to someone hotboxing the hallway.

Negatives: It wasn't overly clean. Smelt of smoke in a non smoking room and even had a cigarette burn on the bedding, among other stains.

Negatives: Corridors reeked with smells. Dodgey are of town. Lots of TLC required.

Negatives: The floors were very dirty inside the room. I did not want to walk on them and take the dirt into bed, but the bed covers had so many stains on them too. Breakfast had very few options. No hot food. And I’m gluten free so there really was nothing that I could eat.

Negatives: Smelt of marujuana in corridors and elevators - a lot of noise from other rooms and car parks. Food delivery service not available to international travellers. Odd men hanging about outside - made it feel a little unsafe. Male receptionist offered to organise a taxi and then forget to do it creating unecessary stress and resulting in nearly missing a connection (arrived with one miniute to spare).

Negatives: Everything was good.
