Positives:
The only think I liked was the fact my room smelt like bleach when I walked in meaning at least it was clean.
Negatives:
I waited 15 minutes trying to check in because no one was at the front desk nor a sign stating they’d be right back. There was no toilet paper at all in our room or wash cloths which we thought should have been already in the bathroom.
Booked a disability room but was put on the 2nd floor with no elevators offered. Receptionist was rude got onto us for parking in a handicapped parking spot without bothering to even look at the license plate on the car that shows handicap. Just wasn’t pleased with the treatment
The beds were uncomfortable as well.
We were here due to a family member passing away stressing over a room really sucked.

Everything. It was run down. It appears to be a homeless shelter with a man screaming “by the power of Jesus I cast you out Amen” and a woman arguing on the phone in the hall while yelling at her kids to “get back in the room”. There is a foul order all through the whole place - the hall - the rooms.
