I liked the friendly staff and the lobby area with the restaurant and the snack store. My room was clean overall

I didnt like that I had to pay $10 to park in a large parking lot. I had to walk back to my car and place a parking ticket on the dashboard after being tired from a long day. The hallways look dingy and all the carpets need shampoo. My room was clean

Room was clean & had microwave, refrigerator, & coffemaker. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Requests for extra towels to room or pickup at desk were conveinient. Wake-up call service had easy 24/7 setup, and on-time. Noon checkout worked very well for us. Vertical grip bar in shower very helpful for limited mobility & safety in general. Large bottles of very nice shampoo, conditioner, and lotions in bathroom. Beds comfortable - not "too" firm. Lot of counter space in room, and heat & a/c worked very well. There was also a late night Wendy's very closeby, with good food.
Negatives:
As with most hotels, there could've been more hangars for clothes available (however, I never requested extra). Bathroom floor could get bit slippery when too wet, but easy to dry with bathmat supplied.

Convenient location to highway. Front desk staff addressed rowdy crowd in hallway immediately after they were called.
Negatives:
Bathtub needs addressing. It looked dirty. I wouldn’t use it.
I was charged $6.00 for 2 bottles of water that were in the room. We did not open or use them. I have been trying to get a refund, but have not received a credit for the $6.00 yet. Not happy.
