The indoor pool was not accessible due to a heating pump repair or something like that. I asked a staff member how long the pool had been broken, they said a month or so. The cable was out due to light rain, per front desk this is a regular occurrence.

The front desk girl said I’m room was cleaned but hadn’t been inspected yet. It was 2 o’clock & we needed to get ready for a wedding. I asked her if she could give us another room that was ready. It wasn’t till I asked for a manager that she decided to give us a different room. Her name was Madison & she had a bad attitude. Set the tone for our whole stay bring greater by a not so nice front desk person.
