Staff was completely overwhelmed We had no tissues, toilet paper, or towels in the room and we kept asking for more and they would come back with just a single towel (for a family). Breakfast was limited, and their coffee/beverage machine was broken

This hotel was clean, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was a great size, breakfast was amazing and it was very close to everything. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was good, and was freshly painted so it looked nice

There was no shower curtain, no pullout couch like it stated when booked, I even paid to upgrade my room and seemed more like a downgrade, no streaming service on TV like it stated and could not download any on tv or connect phone to tv only local cable... cealings creaked bad when people were walking above you... and Noone came to change towels and grab the garbage bags... bar had absolutely no alcohol except one beer on tap... staff was very nice though
