There was a lot of dust on the coffee maker and tray. The white bed cover had black stains on it and a huge bright red stain on it. That was off putting. Other than that things were okay

Rooms need refreshing and breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs and sausage, no yogurt or fruit. Coffee maker was broken! So no coffee with an already mediocre breakfast.

Elevator was not functioning properly so I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor.
Venting machine credit card did not work.

They did not clean the room daily, they did not bring fresh towels or make the beds. We had 3 days worth of garbage in our room when we left. It seemed of rhough only 1 elevator was working, because in order to go down yoi had to press rhe up button. We were also informed that booking.com charged us $100 more than if we would have called and made the reservation.

The location is in an industrial area, difficult to access off of a traffic circle, so much so that there is a muddy trail from an adjacent lot where people (including me) accessed the parking lot by driving over the curb. The hotel is set back off of the road and sandwiched between a Taco Bell and McDonalds.
Negatives:
I had to adjust my stay and could not do so through booking.com. I was forced to call the hotel, was hung up on, and misdirected to call another number. Finally, I shortened the reservation to one night. I was still charged for two nights, and called three times to speak with a manager to no avail, I am now disputing the charge through my credit card company.
Also, when we checked in 3 hours later than check-in time, and our room was still not ready. We stood in a lobby that contained shabby and stained couches and chairs we did not want to sit on for an additional 45 minutes.
