The cleanliness of the room. The mirror and television looked like they were wiped down with a dirty rag. There was hair in the corner of the bathroom and some crumbs by my bed. The drain in the bathtub was draining very slowly while showering and if there was a fan in the bathroom, it wasn't working. I also called down to the desk because there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner from which the hotel provides. After seeing all these little things, i decided to look at my mattress. There was a stain of some sort on it.
