Positives:
Location worked well for our needs. Front desk was friendly, welcoming, helpful. Room was spacious.
Negatives:
Room seemed a bit shabby and neglected. Furniture was cheap-looking. Drape controls were tangled and tricky to use. Room was not as clean as I would have expected. Keyless access was not as easy to use as it should have been. Room needs some TLC; door difficult to open/close.

they switched us to a room with 1 bed and a pull out couch for 4 people after I booked 2 queen room. the pullout was the worst one I have ever had to sleep on. I will say they made it right eventually but it was an uncomfortable night.

This is my favorite hotel to go to when I/we come up to Syracuse as we have a son who attends Syracuse University and this hotel has a great location and it’s really nice and the staff is always pleasant and helpful
Negatives:
On this one particular visit the room I was in, room 317, the couch had a very questionable stain on it, so I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it, the main table had a broken leg and one of the lamps by the bed was slightly broken. I’m usually in a great room, this room had a few things that weren’t great, but it was only for one night, I have two planned upcoming visits and I don’t expect to have the same issue in the future
